The Bang and Olufsen launch event on the night of Thursday, May 30 was photographed by Freestyle Event Photography – mostly shot inside the B&O showroom in Teed Street, Newmarket, but of course, it was also essential to take some photos of the red Ferrari parked outside, looking as though it wanted to get in and join the crowd.
There was, indeed, not much room to move around inside (which can be a photographer’s problem as well as a guest’s) but we managed to navigate the room and snap just about everyone there, even the waitresses, as well as the delicious looking nibbles and a range of assemblages of glasses and bottles, both full and not so full, with some people clearly taking the time to admire what they were drinking and others, well, just drinking it. This was a whiskey tasting event, along with the launch of the Beolab 8 Speaker Systems.
Our photographer took a few shots from outside the venue to encapsulate the scene as a whole, and, as the evening wore on, made a record of the speakers’ presentations, as well as the different moods of the audience.
